There are 3 types of support available.

Level III (FREE Standard Support)

This is FREE support available to our client. This support is provided via this portal only. User can get support on one email ID (User). Query will be resolved between 1 day to 10 days. Maximum number of concurrent open ticket Four. In a month Maximum Four tickets can be raised. Support Days : 24x5 Days

Level II (Priority Support)

This support is available to our existing or New Client once they buy service or product from us. This support is available via this portal and whatsapp support. Query will be resolved in 4 to 60 hours. This is a Paid Support Rs. 1,000/pm. Payment has to be annual and 100% advance will be taken. Client get support on 3 email IDs (Users). You will see figure of 12,000 on check out page. Maximum number of concurrent open ticket Four. In a month Maximum Fifteen (15) tickets can be raised. Support Days : 24x7 Days


Level I (Top Notch Support)

This is top notch support which is paid @ Rs. 1,800/pm. It is annual support. This support is available only to our existing client and new clients. Support will be offered via this portal, whatsapp support, telegram support, telephonic support & remote support. Turn around time is usually within 5 minutes to 24 hours. TAT (Turn Around Time) depends on the complexity of the problem. Client get support on 10 email IDs (Users). You will see check out amount Rs. 21,600 on check out page. Maximum number of concurrent open ticket Four. In a month Maximum Thirty (30) tickets can be raised. Support Days : 24x7 Days
